The Forest Shuttle motorized rails, for example, are known for their smooth operation and compatibility, something that makes them popular across the world. Our products are available so that they can be controlled via applications like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and other third-party applications. These can also be controlled via your smartphone, tablet, or computer. There is even the option to set times for the curtains or drapes to open and close or the ability to set them to close and open at sunrise and sunset, respectively.
Our motors from both Forest Group and Somfy also seamlessly integrate with other smart home technology. This lets you easily combine them with systems like Crestron, Control 4, and Lutron. Our motorization systems are easily integrated with security, HVAC and lighting systems providing total home or building automation.
Motorization for Most Window Treatments
Over the years, technology has continued to improve, and Altro Design is now proud to offer motorized options for nearly all types of window treatments. These include Roman shades, drapery treatments, skylights and more.
Altro is the only distributor in Canada to have a decorative drapery Somfy motorized rail. The Davinci H-rail Drapery Rod comes in either a 28 mm or 40 mm version and can be used with any of the Somfy drapery motors. The H-rail is available in many finishes and can even be used with or without finials. We also have the Glydea Drapery Rod and our Motorized Roman Shades. If you prefer Forest Group, consider the FMS or the MRS, the latter of which is available as either 28 mm or 40 mm with many color options as well. All motorized drapery rails can be bent and curved according to your needs.
